I had one years ago. Got it for wife for Valentine's Day. It worked well, but it wears out after about a year or two - especially if you have pets. The parts are expensive and we just never repaired it once it started to not work. But that one year was a dream....we didn't pick up a broom the whole year. I know, lazy.
